ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Diane Smith - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating clients, and creating long-term financial security for others while growing their own career and income potential. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Note: Also open to hiring this position on a part-time basis
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
